In the year 2024 ending there was an Overseas Customer who required an urgent delivery of 5 Containers in 60 days. However, in the process of finalization and getting things together, getting the approval, factory visit, the process took 15 days to conclude. This now left us with 45 Days to conclude the order.
We understood the customers position and urgency of the situation. Owing to this, we took up the production immediately, got the artwork approvals and arranged for the cotton box packing as per requirement. We put the order on priority and without disturbing our current clientele we Allocated and accommodated the required resources to complete the order.
The allocated 20 looms, 1 printing machine, 2 BCS, and a complete packing unit for this cause. This was not an easy exercise but because of our customer centric culture in the organization we were all aligned to achieve the required target. Our First Container supplied in 12 days, Second in 9 days, Third in 7 days, Fourth in 7 days and Fifth in 12 days.
The customer had very high regard for the fact that we were able to complete the entire production in 47 Days.
While this was rewarding as a Lifelong customer, it was an achievement for the whole team to achieve this task.
